This year, the Explosives Inspectorate will begin transitioning our systems to the RSHQ Portal, starting with the renewal of Queensland Explosives Security Clearances (QESC). From February, QESC that are due for renewal and replacement cards will transition to a digital card. QESC holders will be receiving information about the transition to their nominated email addresses.
